I have 1 year old MYW with no expiration tickets, I am thinking of upgrading to the AP w/DVC discount, can I do this over the telephone? And where do I call?

Clarabelle, you will probably have to do the exchange at guest relations since you will need your DVC card (as proof you're a member).

I usually wait and renew my pass when I'm there in Oct. and have found it doesn't take long at all.
