Help! The avatar I want is too big~

I finally found a Wendy avatar, but when I tried to use it, I got a message saying it was too big. I know it's 50 x 50 pixels, but the message said it was over 4000 bytes. Can anyone help me? Here is the link or image...http://www.johnswdwpage.com/images/Avatar/ava_wendy.jpg

Two emails on their way. One is wendy.jpg which is the image just the way you had it with the white background (but small enough for an avatar). The other is wendy.gif with a transparent background.
