Help - Thanksgiving or Christmas

I am trying to plan our families WDW vacation for next year and I need help deciding between the week of Thanksgiving (11/22/08-11/28/09) or the week before Christmas(12/17/08-12/24/08).

Does anyone know if all the christmas decorations are up by Thanksgiving?

Also, will the crowds be about the same for both weeks?

I am just not sure when to go and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.

Thanksgiving week will be pretty crowded all week. The week of December 17 will not be bad at first, but crowds will grow exponentially each day you are there. You will miss the most packed time though, which starts on the 26th of December.

I too was wondering what the best time to go is. We're trying to plan something after Thanksgiving, but before Christmas. I heard it's busy during Pop Warner, but not sure when that is. I would love suggestions too.
