Help! TGM problem

I'd post this over there but I can't get in and I'm hoping someone will be able to help out. I haven't been able to log in to TGM for three days, even though I only got back from my trip a week ago. I want to renew and I wrote to the address three days ago but I haven't heard back on either renewing or on the fact that I can't log in.

Is there some trick to getting back in after your trip? I thought we had thirty days?

I show that your account was closed so that you could make your next purchase using the same username and password as before. We did respond with your renewal information, so perhaps the email was blocked for some reason? I'm PM'ing you the information now -- I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks so much! I have rejoined and am working on the next trip already. I have no idea what happened to the e-mail, I'll have to look into it.
