Help! Some type of chocolate and gifts advice.

Something like this has been asked before, but I didn't see an exact answer. My DH wasn't as excited about our trip to Disney so I'd like to plan sometype of Disney surprise for our room. I saw an episode of Great Hotels where the Host had a Chocolate Mickey Sculpture sent to her room. I would love to have something Disney made from Chocolate, a Safari (we're staying at the AKL) Goofy, and some mouse ears to be waiting. Anybody know who does the chocolate sculptures? I know that Disney Florist will deliver the safari animal and the ears, but I really don't want flowers. He likes balloons (cant have at AKL) and chocolates. Really has no interest in flowers.

I also saw that episode of Great Hotels, Samantha was at the Grand Floridian. All I can suggest is that you call Disney and explain what you saw and that you would like something like it for AKL.
