Well, oops...

My mom and I are going to Disney next Friday. After a lot of going back and forth, I finally went gluten free this past week. I know, I know... what timing. I can't go back now, as I'm literally losing half of what I eat when I try to eat "normal" foods. I checked on Disney's site, and they say to call 14 days ahead for reservations. We weren't planning on even making reservations. Now what? Do we 1) call and explain the situation, make reservations? or 2) did anyone request GF foods without making reservations?

Prompt replies would be hugely appreciated... hehe :goodvibes

Thanks!
