Help shareholders renewal!!!

Help please. PLease please

I know this is most probably me just being stupid but I do not know what to send to them as proof of owning shares.

I have 20 shares in a halifax sharedealing account.
I bought them in 2010 and now I need to renew my membership.
I sent off all the stuff thinking I had done everything right only to get an email from them telling me that the contract note is out of date as dates on it are 2010! But only printed it off last week.

Please can some one tell me what I need to do. Has anyone renewed their membership with their halifax shares. What do I print off.

Is it OK to just print off the current valuation page? so confussed please please help

I've just done mine recently, I printed out the valuation page took it into my local Halifax who just stamped it with the company date stamp and posted it off with the paperwork no problems

You can phone Halifax directlly and ask them to notify the shareholder's club of your current holdings i have done this in the past[ and also before IAG took them over with my BA shares !] Halifax are very helpful and will do this no problem at all Hope that helps?

I took my valuation page to the halifax and asked them to stamp it with a company date stamp, the lady was not impressed me asking this and was very rude saying that it was not required as the printout had logo on it. She did do it but made a big song and dance about it.

So I have posted it off to club now.

Thanks Kaye did not know Halifax would do that but if do not hear from shareholders club in a few weeks will contact them and if required will get Halifax to contact them.

Did not think it would be this difficult to renew to be honest.

Sorted.

Got an email today to say that renewal is now completed and that new card will be in the post.

So pleased.
