HELP, several questions about the All Star Resorts

There is no better place to turn when in need of advice in regards to Disney then these forums. I have a few questions as we will be visiting my in-laws in Florida the last week in June and we decided to spend just 3 nights with my mother in-law at a value resort, Tues/Weds/Thurs.

1) My mother in-law is a Florida resident and AAA member, how much of a discount or perks can we expect? What codes?

2) The 5 of us, 3 adults and two boys under 6, stayed at the All Star Music suites last year when they first opened, but it seems there is no online vacancy for a suit at the end of June. Didn't they add more suits to other the All Start Resorts as I have been unable to confirm this?

3) Any recommendations if in fact we have to end up getting 2 All Star Resorts rooms, what moderate hotel would be suitable for us all to stay in one-room at the least expensive rate. There will be 3 adults and 2 children.

I believe ASMU is the only one with Suites. I have heard POP is a good choice if you need two rooms. They have many connecting rooms. As far as Mods POR will sleep 5 as they offer a trundle bed there.

1) I'm not sure what kinds of discounts they offer in June, but I do know that to take advantage of the resident discount, your mother in law will need to do the booking and show I.D. when checking in.

2)As disneyfanUSA mentioned, POR fits 5 in a room and is your cheapest option for 5 in a room. (It is cheaper than the music suites but you have considerably less space.) Another option is 2 connecting rooms at a Value. It's basically the same $ as a suite and works fine.
