I think I've allowed enough time for my plans, but now I'm second guessing myself. It will just be me and DD11.

Here's my plans:
Flight lands at 7:45am
Arrive BWV 10:00 (or earlier)
Leave carry on with bell services and walk to EPCOT
FP+ for test track 11:15-12:15
FP+ Spaceship Earth 12:15-1:15
FP+ Character Spot 1:15-2:15
Lunch at Garden Grill 1:50pm

Does this plan seem doable, or should I move our test track FP+ to later?

should work if flight is on time but if there is a delay could be a problem. and no way to know if you will have flight delay

Absolutely do-able! We have kept a similar schedule when we take an early morning flight.

I would think that is very doable. We have landed many times around 10:30 and have arrived at BWV by noon and been in Epcot by 12:30. Worst case you have given yourself 4.5 hours, which should be fine.

If your flight lands in time, you will be fine!

I know there's no way to know if our flight will be delayed, but I'm hoping having a direct flight will help if there is one. We don't have to worry about making a connection.

because you list a June 2018 trip I was thinking about a weather delay/thunderstorms even at Orlando at landing

You should be fine! If it seems like your flight is delayed or whatever, just get on and move your TT FP to later in the day. Should be do-able. We lucked out and our flight was supposed to land at 3:45 (it landed a few minutes early) and we were walking into Magic Kingdom by 5:40 (and we even went to our room which was a fair walk at AoA to drop off our stuff). It doesn't always work out that well, but you should be fine. And if not, just hop on and modify! :)
