Help! RPR VS HRH

After staying at off-site hotels for the past trips to US we finally decided it was time to splurge and stay on-site but after reading so many negative reviews on Trip Advisor I can't decide which of the two hotels is better.Also it's hard to find a luxury hotel on International Drive that's also close to Universal (no car). Most of the negative reviews posted are about the poor housekeeping and front desk attitudes of the staff which is most important to us. I don't care about the negatibe remarks about parking as we wont be driving and I don't care about the negaive remarks about the internet because frankly when we go on vacations we want to stay as far away from the internet as possible.Why waste time online when you can be out having fun! But I am concerned that my room will be clean when I arrive and cleaned on a daily basis at a reasonable time and I say reasonable meaning by the time we return home from the parks in the evening.Also I am a bit turned off by the fact that they allow pets, sorry love pets especially dogs, have a pet myself but will never take one to a hotel out of respect for the comfort of my fellow guests. I don't want to listen to dogs barking while I am on vacation and would love to know which rooms are the quietest as well. Compared to off site hotels there seems to be alot of negative about housekeeping and the attitude of the staff which surprises me since both hotels are suppose to be 4 stars. Really want to stay in the centre of it all but I am scared of being disapointed after spending do much money on a hotel, so any advice would be appreciated. I am driving myself crazy trying to choose a hotel for this trip!!!
