Help! Room discounts?

Know Disney inside out, but virtually nothing about Universal. Need to go during Spring Break, so staying on site for FOTL. I always seem to hear alot about possible discounts with Disney, managed to snag one the last time we stayed. Can anyone advise me the best way to get a discount at Hard Rock? I was thinking maybe purchasing an annual pass, or joining AAA. We're interested in the early entry for Harry Potter as well, not sure if that would make a difference. We'll probably be staying for 6 or 7 nights (other side trips), so that may be worth it, but at this point clueless about the best way to go...and HRH is alot more expensive than I like, but the only one we feel we and the kids would enjoy.

Don't count on getting any discounts during Spring Break.

My best advice is to call the hotel reservations and see what discounts they can offer you. Then make a decision on if purchasing AAA or an annual pass would help.

Early entry and Express are both included when you stay onsite.

it is not a common thing to get hotel discounts during the holiday times, including spring break.
