Help - Reservation Questions

This is only my second time and I still have questions. I note in the new DVC Member Book that Member Services is open Saturday Afternoons. Do they take reservations during that time period? Also, my DVC planner shows booking the 29th & 30th of October 2007 on Thursday, November 30, 2006. Is this because there is no 31st of November?

Yes you can book on Sat.

Not sure of the other but they will let you know when you call.

Yes, it's because there is no 31st.

I tried to book October 29th & 30th as per DVC Planner but when I called I was told I could only book October 29th. I did call back to get another agent who also verified this. The agents even stated it is very confusing. I hope they are right. It was very busy this morning. I called the first time at 9 AM (their time) and got right through. Second call ten minutes later I was put on hold for 8 minutes.

I was only able to book the 29th as well. I asked about the 30th and she said no not till tomorrow.

This morning I was able to book the 30th & 31st - ??? As long as I am getting what I want I guess I should be happy but am still confused.
