help renting points

I've found someone interested in renting my 20 points for a studio at OKW in September or October this year for $10 a point. Whats the next step? Do I make a ressie thru MS in my name or theirs? How do I handle the payment? I cant do Paypal. Do I just take a personal check and hope for the best? Do I tell MS what I'm doing?

Never done this before--can you tell?

First you need to find out if there is a vacancy when they need it. Otherwise, your points are worthless to them. You will need to make the reservation since they are not members.

always get paid in full before any ressies are made..............that is the golden rule.............having rented about 30 times trust me i know............i now deal with repeaters who are very reliable folks.
