Two weeks today and we'll be at the airport waiting to go into the departure lounge!!
I remembered a certain little place (which seemed quite popular - quite a queue formed after we got in line) in Downtown Disney from back in 2004 that we got a little something to tide us over before we formally sat down and ate formally later on that night. It was (if I remember correctly - I'm almost 100% sure I remember correctly) on the right hand side of DTW (when you enter from the esplanade) and just outside was one of the planted areas with the concrete bench-like sides to it where you can catch five minutes.
It was a really small place (literally just the serving counter at the back and a small roped queuing area) and they sold these sausages in pastry which was kind of wrapped around it but was cut like strips round it. And they were in a silver paper. We only had them once but they were SO tasty. Just wondering whether this place is still there and if so, what it's called so I can hunt it down.
