Help regarding ticket pick up at Epcot!

Hello all! We have planned a last minute one night trip for next week, as some days off from work unexpectedly came up. We are staying at the Swan and will be going to Epcot for our one day (only park available). I purchased Florida resident tickets and have to pick them up at Epcot front gate, is that correct? We were hoping to leave our bags at the Swan and walk over to Epcot, but I believe that that entrance would not be the correct one.
Since I've never gone in the "front door" to Epcot, what would be the best/ most efficient way to go from Swan?
