HELP! red "X" instead of pics & smiles

I used to see lovely pictures and cute smiles. Now all I get is X I right clik & select show picture - still all I see is X I did change security packages (Freedom from Adelphia) but am not sure what I need to enable/disable to see any pics. Any Disers have any suggestions that would allow me to see pics & not spend an hour on the phone with customer service?

I get that sometimes and it helps if I reboot the computer.

Hey mom2boys I made that picture of Halloween Mickey and Minnie that is in your signature. I don't mind at all if you use it. I just noticed it.
April I am trying to find a solution to that now. I noticed that a few of the signatures that I have made are showing up but some are not. I will repost yours in the thread on the VMK board. Maybe it will stay right this time.

I honestly cannot remember where I found that one, but when I saw it I saved it knewing it would come in handy at some point.
