Help re Beauvais please

We have flown into Beauvais and booked car hire 3 times and found it no problem (and reasonable in price).
We have used Avis -they are based at the Airport.
Beauvais is a tiny Airport-which in some circumstances would be a minus but for Disney it is a plus -literally just walk of the plane pick up your bag and off to Car hire-takes no time at all.
My husband does the driving so I can't comment but he finds it no problem-would also reccommend taking a sat nav with you.

Can you give me a rough idea how long the drive takes and how easy it is. Don't have sat nav - wonder if that will be a problem, although someone has recommended a michelin site which not only gives directions, but also has a picture of the sign to look for for turn offs. Is it quite straightforward and are there any bottlenecks we should be aware of?

We have finally booked the Cheyenne - just to try staying on site really - have never done it before, but the prices with AP discount were so good. Have been reading everyones reviews so hope it's nice and that breakfast isn't too much of a scrum.

Have booked car hire from Beauvais with Hertz - 3 days for just over £110 - so cheaper than transfers - don't have Sat Nav so hoping it's an easy drive or we could lose a day trying to get there

Staying at a hotel by Beauvais airport the night before we come home so that we aren't rushing with the drive on that morning. Can have a full day in the park on our last day, a quick bite to eat, and then can take our time driving back.

So excited - never seen Disney for the Christmas period

Hi sorry-never had a chance to reply. I don't drive -my hubby is the driver but he always comments on it being a straightforward drive-and we haven't got lost yet !
I think it took us around 1hr 20 mins for the journey? Although may be busier this time with xmas traffic.
We do find the Sat Nav useful but Im sure you could print of a route map from the AA website and it would be just effective.

The kids normally fall asleep on our way and seem to way up about 15 mins away -so we always play Disney songs on the Ipod in the car until we get there to get them all excited.
Have downloaded disney xmas songs for this time-getting really excited.
