HELP! Quick question re new tickets

We are planning our first trip since the MYW tickets.

Question - I understand that the tickets expire 14 days (if you don't purchase option to not expire) is it 14 days from the day you start using them (in other words 15 days total) or is it 14 days in total (really 13 more days including the first day you use them).

You are allowed to use them for 14 days. So the first day you use them is actually number one.
