Help! Question on 11 month window

I have been calling all week day by day to get a BW view for next Sept 26 - 30. Today is my last day for calling. I was calling to book Sept 30th. I was told since today is Oct 31, that I cannot book sept 30 because there is no 31st. So technically my checkout day will be Oct 1 and I have to wait until Nov 1 to book (which is tomorrow, a saturday - so I will have to wait until monday). Is this standard procedure?

Please help - if she is wrong, I want to call back right away to fix it.

I am not saying I disagree with this, I just want to make sure I got correct info - thanks!

That sounds like it is right. To keep it simple, it sounds like they match dates. Check-out Oct. 1 would mean booking on Nov. 1. As long as they have the same policy for everyone, it works out okay.

If you want to be "double sure", give another call and see if you get the same answer.

I've been calling all week for the same dates and knew I got to take today off. I double checked with them yesterday just to make sure. Also if you download Caskbill's Planner it shows the same thing.

Thanks Pam and Dan. I called back again just to double check. I guess it makes sense - it just caught me off guard.

(plus the first woman I talked to was very unsure about it saying "oh that's strange there is a glitch in my computer")
