Help! Question about online booking

Hopefully there is someone out there who can answer my question quickly. I just booked a reservation online for the first time using this year's points. It seemed to go through but there was no reservation number for it and when I go to upcoming reservations, it doesn't show up. :confused:

So do I have a reservation or not? Does it usually take a while for the reservation to show up or do they usually show up right away? I can't call until tomorrow so I'm hoping somebody can answer. I'm booking for the first part of December and there aren't that many choices available so I'm kind of concerned about it. :worried:

It should show up under your up coming reservations and your points available should show the change right away.

Did you check your point balance? Does it show the points were used? If you go to your account and click View Activity Statement, it will show what's happened...if it is not there, then the reservation may not have processed.
