Help posting pictures

I do not get the option "upload a file" at the bottom right of a reply. I would like to post pictures but with out this option I can not. Is this something that Tech support can help me with?

You can also drag and drop a picture, or copy and paste. Don't actually have to use the upload a file button.

Just be sure the picture size is smaller than 1MB.

PrincessShmoo, I tried that and got the error code "Uploads not allowed". Any way, I used the photo icon in the task bar and that worked. Thanks for the help.
