Help posting a picture

I have a picture that I'd like to post on my profile. It is curently on a diskette. Can someone give me step by step instructions in SIMPLE instructions. Thanks. ALSO, will it appear on all my posts? Thanks. Gerri

Or if you want, you can email the picture to me at: ChrisC@wdwinfo.com and I'll upload it, and give you a link to the URL address.
