Help pls!!! Urgent - AP/Package Tickets

I'm on the phone to CS now and he's adamant you can buy your tickets in the package and then get a refund on them for Annual Passport. Pretty sure this is incorrect as they have no face value - can you help me?

He's getting a bit stroppy as I'm saying they are not refundable

Another one - guy on the CS phone telling me I can't use the 4 for 3 nights offer if I buy B&B rather than a package.... Anyone know if this correct - I get the feeling this guy is commission As he's trying to sell my all sorts!! Inc half board vouchers when I want to buy a Dream Passport - is it really worth it - can you use the vouchers as well as your passport at restaurants etc?

The tickets in the package are non-refundable as they have no face value printed on the ticket. The cost of them on the ticket is 0.00 so there is nothing to refund.

The free night and day offer is only for packages, not room only.

And you don't need to decide on half board vouchers right now, they can be added to your booking anytime you like, before you travel.

Thanks - I've just told him that - he went off for 15 mins to check and eventually agreed!!!!???!

PS - Does anyone know if you can get the 4 nights for 3 offer if you go B&B only (he says not!)?

I replied on your other thread about that, no, you don't get the free day and night offer on room only, only on packages.

Thanks - it's cheaper to go for the 4 for 3 package (inc tickets) than go for the B&B price!!!

We found this out with our Jan 09 trip.

DLH with tickets 3 nights for 2 - 2 adults and 7yr old - £672

DLH NO tickets 3 nights - 2 adults and 7 yr old - £1440

We have APs, but you can guess which one we opted for
