Help, Please!

Not sure what board would be the right place for this question, but figured that I could definitely use some "tips" on how to fix my own incompetency (apparently). :rotfl: Seriously though.... I'm having an annual pass situation. I just got home from my Disney trip on Tuesday. While I was there, I upgraded my MYW ticket to a Premium Annual Pass. However, I'm having a hard time registering my pass on the passholder website. :headache: The problem I'm having is when it tells me to enter my "pass number" as it appears on my ticket. It also says--regarding this pass number--"Note: The following codes may appear on your ticket: TRAN, TR or CAS. These codes are not required when you're registering your Pass online." However, those codes don't appear anywhere on my ticket. So I have no clue where this number is I'm supposed to enter. I've entered every possible number I could find on the back of this ticket..... and nothing. It is getting a little frustrating. :sick:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Glad to hear it! I know when we got our AP it was a little confusing as to which number they wanted.

Just thought somebody should reply. :)
 

Would appreciate an update as to how to input registration. I too am having difficulty. not sure which numbers they want and where. Thanks
