Help please

I am wanting to have for our trip a sheet that has spaces for a blessing or something that we are thankful for when we go on our Cruise and then to Disney World. Will someone PLEASE make something that I can use? I will post it on our inside door while we are gone so that it will be available for all of us to write something special that has happened or makes us thankful. Thank you in advance...I know I am coming to the right place
