Help Please

I know they are out there, but I can't find them. I am looking for the name with Disney characters in the name. Will someone please help me? Also, I would like Mickey ears done with names, and I did check Kari's but couldn't find the names I need.
The names are: Abby, Ellie, Cade, Jaime, and Jenna. I need one more for a little boy, but I can't remember his name..Thank you all and anyone who can help me with this little surprise..
