You can also take your own screenshots if you can figure it out by using things that are just on your computer.
go to your room, hit the print screen button
load up paint. hit paste.
click the square (select tool)
drag the square to just your vmk window (the parts you want to post)
go to the image menu and select crop
now just save the file on your computer
go to an image posting site, for instance www.imageshack.us
and upload your picture and copy the link they provide.
It is simple once you have done it a few times
