Help Please! Who can I call?

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. The last couple of times my husband and I were at WDW and went to Italy in Epcot, there was a statue of Mickey Mouse dressed as a doctor (pretty pricey if I recall correctly). My husband is finishing up his residency in pediatrics in June and beginning a fellowship in July. We will be in WDW in May and thought it would be a great gift for his graduation from residency. Any ideas how to get in touch with someone from Italy (Epcot) in order to see if this item is still available and if so, if I can purchase it and have it sent to the room upon check in. I'd appreciate any advise anyone has. Thanks!!
