Help please - what are these called

They are like a jewellery thing, you can get necklaces and brooches and they have like a pale, matt enamel with a lady's head (silhouette) on it. There is a name for them but I can't remember what it is.

Does anyone know what I'm on about - sorry, don't think I've described it very well.
