Help Please - Virgin Disney Tickets

Hello

I am looking for some information, has anyone just booked Disney Tickets through virgin - If yes can you remember when they sent you the ticket details.

I'm talking about just tickets and not as part of a wider package.

As I feel like I am getting wrong information from their service center but so just wanted to check.

Its been awhile (like 3 years I think) since I booked through them but I believe you have to pick the physical tickets up at the front of the parks. They however did send through the codes so I could put them on to My Disney Experience and the magic bands in advance of getting to the parks.
