can fp+ times be made for any time from parks opening to parks closing? Trying to figure out what times will work best for us. Is there some advantage to making them in the mornings? Thanks for any answers.

1. Yes, but not during AM or PM Extra Magic Hours, or during hard ticket "parties."

2. That can be an advantage or a disadvantage.
Much very detailed discussion on these boards (for a couple of years, now) on this exact question.

Consider that when the park first opens, there are generally very short lines at most attractions, already, so you might be "wasting" a FP on rides with short waits.

Consider that booking FP first-thing will mean that you will be able ride all 3 FP attractions in the first 3 hours (or so) of the day, allowing you to book a 4th FP before the day gets too late.

Some options may just not be an option when you are ready to pick (if the time is already booked). I like to start mine at 9:30 and try to cluster them close together. I try for 9:30 to 10:30, 10:30 to 11:30 and 11:30 to 12:30. That allows from park open to almost 10:30 to do what I want before I have to hit my first FP. If I ride my last FP at 11:30, I can try for a 4th before noon. Also, if you ride one of my FP attractions without using FP, you can reallocate that if you want to.
