HELP!! Please tell me about Eustis, Mt Dora, Tavares...

We live in Arkansas and my husband just got a teaching job in Paisley, FL. We have one month to find a place to live and we're at a loss. We were thinking of looking in the Eustis, Mt Dora, Tavares area for apartments but we are coming up with nothing!! the websites have the same 5-6 listed and only 3 look decent. We want a 2 bdr. Could someone please tell us some good apartments in safe neighborhoods since we have kids?

They have lots of listings for homes, apartments, and double wides.
You said you were looking for apartments. I live in apartments like this one

but in another city. They are the exact same though, not sure how the neighborhood is though.

Of the 3 towns I like Mount Dora the best, but I don't know about any of the apartments in the area. You could probably get a great deal on a rental home, cheaper then an apartment too.
