Help Please SURGARFREE items on MENU?

Is the sugar free for a medical need? I ask because the restaurants we are eating at have it noted on our ressie's that my mother is diabetic and they have all said they can provide sugar-free dessrts for her. It will usually be sugar free ice cream or brownies but that is better than no dessert.

At one time everything was listed as no sugar added. We have had servers come back to verify that we realized this and didn't get something we couldn't have. If you ask them, they will be glad to list what is available.
