Help Please question on rooms??

We just got back from our trip a little bit ago and we stayed in a studio at the ( BCV) we had 3 adults and 2 children age 3. my question is next time the kids will be older and we might have one more person go we won't be able to stay in a studio this time. So I was wondering if they have adjoining studios? or any rooms that adjoin or connect I was told to come to this board instead. so any help would be appreciated.

No. Studios connect to 1 BR's.

you would need a 1BR that sleeps 5, such as at AKV, BLT or maybe OKW...or else a 2BR.

You were already over occupancy if both kids were at least three years old.

BCV doesn't have one bedrooms with sleeping spaces for five, so you would need a two bedroom there. Or two separate studios. And they might not be close to each other.

Technically you should have not been able to stay in a studio last time as you had 3 year olds. You would need to move to a one bedroom minimum. They will let you book 5 into a 1 bedroom (except AKV value) but not all one bedrooms have sleeping space for 5. You may need to bring a inflatable bed and bedding or choose a place that has 5th person bedding.

With 6 people you will need to get a 2 bedroom or two studios. You sound like you are not DVC members so you may want to consider using the Rent Trade board for your next trip if you have not done that already especially if you decide on a 2 bedroom villa.
