Help - please post room reports

In a follow-up to another thread I started I am asking for help in the room report section, here is the link if you need it

After some brain storming we came to the following conclusion to make this the most helpful to everyone (if I am stating something incorrectly, please feel free to post a response):

Please list:
View
Balcony issues (none/double, etc.)
Distance from elevator
Smoking or non
Handicap accesibble

As spiceycat said it will make check-in better and limit the need for room changes "when you check-in and they offer one of these rooms - you can say immediately what else do you have - than try after the fact to change rooms when the front desk wants to charge you for changing rooms - easier for everybody I would think!"
