We have 3 rooms for Grand Gathering during Thanksgiving. Today was the last day to have it paid and without cancellation fees. DD decided today they can't go - issues. If we keep the room, can we hold on to the tickets as we can spread the family out to take up the room. This was a package deal so we have 5 day theme park tickets and so can someone else use the tickets or can we hold them for a later date. By the way, we mentioned it was a grand gathering and were transferred by a friendly CM to the desk which had just closed. Of course we called right back and the desk was closed. Please help with any advice other than to disown DD.
As a side note, I noticed today with a new code coming out that while we had wanted to originally stay at Pop Century with the ZDN (?) code it was cheaper to stay at All Star. With the new code, Pop Century would have only been a few $$ more. AAAHHHH.
Also, with the help of the board, we acquired Universal tickets with 3 adults and 3 kids free at a great price with the AAA after the expiration issue. Now we need to come get the tickets and not sure what we are doing.
