Help, Please! Looking for Tour/Planning Cards.

Hi,
I am looking for touring cards or planning cards. They have information that a person can put on them with park hours, character locations, parade times, etc. They are index size I think. We are going with my parents and my brother's family at Christmas and these would be awesome for each group to have.
Does anyone have a file of this.

There is a Disigner that has these, but I can't remember who it is! I am using them for our trip and have them saved to my computer. If you PM me your email address I would be happy to send them to you! I will also look and see if I can figure out which Disigner did them and let you know if I figure it out!
