Help, please. Looking for Itinerary Mickey Ears

Good Morning, all! It has been a long time since my last cruise and my family & I are planning another one for next year. On my last two cruises, I was able to request a Mickey head with a map of the itinerary within the Mickey head; also included were the ship name and the dates of sailing.

I have spent the last three days searching for a similar graphic to ask the artist to create one for next year. However, I have been unable to find one.

Is it possible somewhere here makes them? If not, I may have to attempt to make it myself (and I am not a creative person, so it would be an intensive project. lol). Please let me know.

I found what I was looking for, but it was for a 2012 sailing on the Dream. I don't want to post the example because it is someone else's hard work, but will post with moderate permission.
