Help please! I need to choose a new day for Epcot

So the last time we went, the EMH days were different. I just noticed the new days and had already planned out our days. I about had a stroke cause I had us at MGM and Epcot on the wrong days so now I'm back to the drawing board again and there are so many factors I put into deciding which day to go to which park (I know I'm totally OCD), but just for reference, I don't plan everything down to the minute. Just which day for what park and where we are eating. After hitting the good stuff first thing, we just go with the flow.

I avoid EMH like the plague so I have two choices for our December trip and I'm not sure either way makes much of a difference but I thought I would ask the experts which day would be best for Epcot.

Sunday, December 17th
or
Thursday, December 21st

There shouldn't be any difference between those two days for Epcot ... they're both good. Just choose the one that would fit in best with your plans for the week. Good luck and have fun!

UG has Thursday, the 21st as a recommended day for Epcot and a crowd level 5. Sunday the 17th is a Animal Kingdom day according to UG but just a crowd level of 6 so I think you are safe either way you go.
