Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me please.
I didn’t know that you could pre register for the kids club before arrival so I’m trying to get caught up with this now.
We arrive August 22nd, I’ve completed the online registration but it didn’t give me the option to pre book any activities. It just said complete the attached documents and take with you to resort.
I’ve had the email through confirming that I’ve registered but couldn’t see anyway of booking from there either.
What am I doing wrong? I’d be grateful if someone could please explain the process for me so that I can get booking. I’d hate for dd to miss out if things get booked up before we arrive.
