Help please - Doubletree Suites vs. Embassy Suites LBV

Trying to decide between Doubletree Guest Suites on property and Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista. 3-4 nights this October. We will only be going to MK 1 night, maybe a day at a water park, some time at downtown disney. 2 adults and 4 kids.

Really looking for feedback on quality of the hotel and rooms, pool, and overall kid appeal.

Doubletree isn't on property it's just near Downtown Disney. But you can check Trip Advisor for reviews for these also. Hopefully you can get some feedback on here.
