Short story:
Leaving for Disney Tuesday, had temporary crown put on bicuspid a week ago, watching for potential root canal (50/50 chance). In case it goes bad while we are at Disney- Does anyone no the name of a good dentist in the area (we will have a car) that I can check out before we leave just in case?
Longer story:
I had a tooth that was bothering me so I went to the dentist a week ago. He said the cavity was deep and that there was a 50/50 chance it would need a root canal. It has been a little achy since but more like pain from the crowning procedure (responds to motrin). Yesterday I noticed that it hurts if I eat something like walnuts on that tooth. If I am still not sure on Friday he is going to attach the temporary with permanent cement until we get back. We are waiting to put on the permanent in case it bothers me more. But I really do not want the type of pain you have when you need a root canal at Disney.
Any help appreciated! Thanks!
