HELP PLEASE!!!! BCV View Choices?

I just made a ressie for a studio at BCV in January. I asked for an Epcot View (yeah, I know, it's not guaranteed, and I won't mind if I don't get it, but I figured I'd ask). I'm thinking EPCOT view can be anything on the OPPOSITE side of the pool views pretty much, but now I'm not sure. Are there other views available besides EPCOT or Pool view?

Does anyone know how the views are categorized and can you explain them to me?

I have a copy of the Resort Map that BCVOwner2002 gave me when she returned, but she wasn't sure about the views either, so I thought I'd check here.

Courtyard View - overlooks the courtyard between BC and BCV

Garden/Woods view - this can be the same sides as the Epcot view, but on the lower floors where the view isn't as unobstructed. (That's what we technically had in Studio #169 - woods/garden/canal, but we could also see the very top of Spaceship Earth and the high fireworks of Illuminations).

I think that's all of them.

Here is a link with some room reports I've been compiling and it will give you some view comments. http://members.aol.com/InstImpres/beachclub (Aol user need to use http://members.aol.com/InstImpres/beachclub.pdf) As others have said, asking for a specific room and getting it is slime. This will give you an idea of “sectional views”.

Both times I've called for ressies, I've been told that there's no such thing as a woods view, even though that's what I was told I had at check-in last time! MS told me that there are 3 views at BCV-pool view, Epcot view, and courtyard view. I'm hoping to get the type of view I had last time, which I'd been told was woods view, but MS insisted that the closest to that is called "courtyard view". We'll see what I get for a view in December!

When I checked in, I originally requested a Dune's Cove view. They had a Dune's Cove view studio available, but not cleaned and ready for me. The check in person pulled out the map and showed me where the available studios were - we had been up since 4am and needed naps. Where I was put was called Woods/Garden and she also told me we'd be near the canal, but being on the first floor, you didn't really see the water.

Maybe when you get there, ask to see the room map and see what's available. The check in person I was with was very helpful.
