Help! Planning a quick trip.

My husband and I are planning a quick trip- Fri.-Sun. after Thanksgiving. We can only get Saratoga Springs or OKW. We opted for SSR. What area should we ask for? Will it be warm enough to swim? We are staying at the BWV in a 2 bedroom in July and at the Boardwalk in a studio for the F&W Festival, but I'd like to see the Christmas decorations, too. Any help planning would be appreciated. I like Congress Park area. There's a very nice pool, walking to DTD isn't bad. You may be able to swim, but it's certainly not a "given" that time of the year. DTD has community singers that perform, and we've enjoyed listening to them as we go about shopping.

Take a bus from DTD to the boardwalk area and enjoy the Christmas decorations in those hotels. Get over to the monorail resorts, and enjoy their decorations, take a boat from the contemporary and see the beautiful lobby of the WL, and the lesser but nice atrium of the DVC building.

Have a great time, swimming or not, there's lots to see, without even going into the parks! However, the Candlelight Processional will be taking place during that time, and if you celebrate Christmas, I wouldn't miss the opportunity to enjoy it!
