Looking to spend two days before our cruise at the parks and wanted some recommendations on the best way to plan each day. We will have Park Hopper tickets with Genie+, and won’t likely use the individual lightning lanes.

Which two parks would you recommend doing each day and in what order?

Who is “we”? How many people, ages, heights? What are your favorite parks?

It will just be my wife and I. (2 adults)

We are average in height 💁🏻‍♂️

And it’s a toss up between Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

With two day park hoppers and Genie+ with my wife and I we did this:
Day 1 - Animal Kingdom -> Magic Kingdom -> Epcot
Day 2 - Epcot -> Hollywood Studios -> Epcot

We happened to particularly want to focus on Epcot this trip. I chose starting at Animal Kingdom and Epcot because those parks are less essential to use lightning lanes at than Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Hollywood Studios has the most in demand lightning lanes, so the day you go there I would book them every two hours so you're ready to hit the ground running when you arrive there. One advantage of booking a start day at Epcot is that allows you to join the virtual queue for Remy. Epcot does open late, but I didn't mind a slightly later start after a full day at the park the day before. I always had wanted to try entering Epcot for the first time on a trip via Magic Kingdom monorail and we happened to work that in. And the Skyliner makes Epcot and Hollywood Studios a natural pair.

We (4 adults) just got back from a 2 day 4 park trip. We did HS & Epcot one day and AK & MK the next day. We used Genie+, LL & $ILL to get everything done we wanted. If anything, I wish we planned a little better to take advantage of extra early hours to get the things we weren’t able ( SDD & MFSR).
