I am hoping everyone can help me plan my trip, or direct me to the right discussion. We are hoping to go the middle of next January. Cant afford to stay on property. Would like a two bedroom, with a nice breakfast included. Anyone know of a good place, area? Any advice would be great. Thanks

I know you mentioned you weren't planning on staying on property but I wanted to let you know about renting DVC points. We can only afford a two bedroom villa on property by renting the points. We love it, we stay in a deluxe with a full kitchen! You can save money by buying your own food through Garden Grocer, they'll deliver it to your resort just make sure you put your order in at least a few weeks prior to our trip. You can add the DDP if you'd like but you can't get FD...Are you only doing Disney? Staying on property gives great access to all Disney transportation:) I'm not familiar with many offsite resorts but if you are interested in renting points there is a lot of info on Disboards about Davids Vacation rentals...We used a different company but both are great. I don't think I can post the link or the name of the company I used on here...Good luck and have a great trip:goodvibes

I wanted to add the one time we stayed offsite was with my in laws. They had a timeshare at Westgate Vacation Villas. Beautiful resort!!! And VERY close to Disney:)

Thanks, I will look into those places. Its hard doing Disney on a TIGHT budget. But I'm sure I can do it.

We've had good luck renting houses through VRBO. We've also stayed at Carribe Royale which is very close to the parks and offers 2 bedroom villas, however, breakfast is not included. I believe it is included at their sister property, Buena Vista Suites, which is next door. If you sign up for Mousesavers newsletter they have discount codes for both hotels quiet often.
