Help plan CS

I'm having a little trouble planning my CS at the world. Our cast is myself, DH, DS-9, DD-4. We are staying for 8days/9nights, so we have 8 CS meals.
Here's our itenerary and where we need to plug in CS meals:
15th Arrival day will probably be CS lunch @ POP
16th Dinner at MK
17th Lunch at EP
18th CS @ POP
19th-nothing needed
20th Lunch and Dinner at HS
21st Dinner at EP
22nd Dinner at MK
23rd Lunch at DTD

Where can I pay OOP and get a good value?? The POP days are a must eat there b/c of the itenerary.

CS for my family (2 adults and dd10 and ds7) is always

MK - Cosmic Rays (hands down)
Epcot - American Adventure
AK - Flame Tree BBQ
HS - Pizza Planet

For MK: Cosmic Rays has a good variety, Pecos Bills has a great toppings bar too, but less variety.
For EP: Sunshine Seasons in The Land has a good variety, but the WS has a little something for everyone. I like the CS in Morocco, but that might be too much for little ones. The American Pavilion has burgers and hot dogs for the less adventurous of your group. Fish and chips from the UK is always popular (and always busy)....
For HS: This is always a challenge...we often end up at Pizza Planet because there isn't much else. The kids will love it there.
For DTD: We love Earl of Sandwich (my DH will tell you it's his favorite place in all of WDW ) but Wolfgang Pucks is also tasty.

We like: Columbia Harbor House at MK, Backlot Express at DHS, The Tangerine Cafe at Epcot, and Restaurantasaurus at AK.

Hope you find lots of good things to eat.

I really enjoyed Starring Rolls @ DHS. Have a great trip. There were a lot of places I wanted to try at AK, but it seemed like we were always so full.

If you were on the dining plan, I'd say Wolfgang Puck Express. For cash, still good food but not quite the value.
