Help picking Resort For Family (poll)

Hi all.

I am looking at either the Sliver package or the Gold Package for Sept 2006 Yes 2006.

I have narrowed it down to these Resorts.

Caribbean Beach Resport,
Port Orleans Resort
Animal Kingdon
Yacht and Beach Club or The Polynesian

I will be with my 6 y/o girl 10 y/o boy and my MOM.

None of us have ever been to Disney before, we all like to swim and explore and have a great time. We are active and want to try out new things.

Please help us pick and tell me why or why we may like or dislike a resort. Thanks Susie

i voted on POR, but not sure if you were meaning riverside or french quarter. we like the riverside(old dixie landings) especially the alligator bayou section.

For a family, my choice is WL. There is alot to do there with FW being close by, plus you can take a boat to MK.
