you know what your family eats better than anyone so i'd say check out the menus. disney's website has them but it's kind of a pain in the neck to access them one right after the other so try the above site, it includes the kids menus. i don't think you can really go wrong with any of the places you listed. i'd just pick based on availability, time, and menus.

I can only recommend Coral Reef as it is the only one I have been to that you mentioned. We are having lunch there on Saturday! We are also trying Via Napoli on Monday! My kids loved coral reef when they were 12 and 9, again at 16 and 18. Just DH and I this time!
