Queen B, when I called the hotel first, they said, "Let me transfer you to reservations." Red flag went up when I heard an overseas accent. They'd transferred me to their central reservations. I was told first that the Ent rate didn't exist, then that it wasn't available for my dates, then that you had to have the card in hand to make reservations. I hung up, called again and remembered to ask for in house reservations, and the nice person there proved all 3 of those statements wrong.
Your best bet would probably be to call back to in house reservations and talk to Lorealle. She'll do her best to get you the best rate. Also from what I've seen, you usually do better talking to someone there at the hotel than trying to book it online. The website wasn't taking the Ent rate discount code when I tried it, but I got it just fine when I called.
Hope it all works out ok!
